I am a Rockschool and Trinity Guitar Teach, offering expert guitar coaching whether you are a beginner trying to learn your favorite song or someone interested in giving Grade exams. I am also a Steinberg Certified Trainer offering music production guidance to help you achieve the professional sounding high-quality tracks.

TERMS OF SERVICE FOR MUSIC LESSONS

All lessons must be paid for in advance. Payment secures your lesson slot and must be completed before the scheduled session.
Students must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Failure to do so will result in the lesson being forfeited with no refund or makeup session.
If the instructor cancels a lesson, it will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.
Students are expected to be on time for their lessons. If a student arrives or joins late, the lesson will still end at the originally scheduled time.
If a student is more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the lesson will be considered forfeited with no refund or rescheduling.
If a student misses a lesson without prior notice, the lesson fee is non-refundable, and no makeup lesson will be provided.
Students should come prepared with their instrument and necessary materials.
Parents/guardians must ensure that children are dropped off and picked up on time.
Students must bring their own guitars, picks, tuners, and any other required materials unless otherwise arranged.
Any damage to the instructor’s equipment caused by a student will be the responsibility of the student/guardian to repair or replace.
Students taking online lessons must have a stable internet connection and a working camera/microphone.
Technical issues on the student’s side (e.g., poor internet, device malfunctions) that cause a lesson disruption will not be a ground for a refund or rescheduling.
If there is a technical issue on the instructor’s side that cause a lesson disruption, it will be re-scheduled at a mutually convenient time.
By enrolling in lessons, the student or parent/guardian agrees to these terms and conditions.
